Group visits typically include an informational presentation, a Q&A, and optional tours of our Fine Arts facilities. We’re happy to work with you to customize the experience based on your group’s interests and schedule.

Please note...
- The College of Fine Arts group visits are designed for high schools and community organizations that serve students in 9th grade and up.
- The average group size the College of Fine Arts accommodates is 10-40 students. If you are looking to bring more than 40 students, please email cofaoutreach@austin.utexas.edu.
- A lead time of at least 3 weeks is needed for planning group visits.
- At least 1 adult chaperone is required for every 15 students.
- While not required, we suggest fall visits for groups primarily made up of 12th grade students and spring visits for groups of mostly 9th–11th graders. This timing aligns best with our Dec. 1 application deadline.
